If you regret your purchase, you can return your order within 2 weeks from the day you receive your order. To return your order, you have to send us an email with your information. No later than 2 weeks after we receive the email, we have to receive the returned order.
All returned products must be in unused and resaleable condition in order to get your money back. Along with the products you must enclose a copy of your invoice or orderconfirmation – please note why the products are being returned. If the products’ packaging is damaged on return the product is consideret not resaleable and therefore we cannot accept the products back.
The order is not cancelled if you simply refuse to receive it or if you fail to pick it up at the pickup place. If the order is returned by a shipping company because you refuse to receive it or because it is not picked up at the pickup place, we will issue a creditnote for the order, and deduct 30 euro as handlingfee.
The money will be returned to the card that was used for the purchase.
We only transfer money electronically.
Return of products is by the expense and responsibility of the buyer. All return packages has to be sent to the address::

We do not accept returned packages send to us where we have to pay for the transport, or where we have to pick it up at a pick up place. Sandstonescandinavia.com returns your money as soon as we have received the products and after we have controlled that the requirements for the returned goods are met.

Ordering and prices
All products in our webshop is physically in our warehouse. All prices are including VAT and in Euro (EUR).
All international packages are send at a fixed shipping price at 10 euro. The shippingfee applyes to countries within the European Union.
International delivery time can vary from 3-10 days. You will receive a tracking number for your parcel, so you can follow its way to you.
If your parcel or your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us right away, so we can help get get you a new product.
If the product is not complete or defect, you can choose to exchange it to a new product or get your money back. This only applies if the product has not been misused or handled wrongly. You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
